Serial Number Look Up (BETA)

YOU HAVE TWO OPTIONS TO GET YOUR SERIAL NUMBER (S)
This system is for customers who just bought a Download product or forgot/lost their serial number (s), even more than a year ago. For retrival you'll need your Red Giant order number and/or the email address you used in the order.

What happens when I click Look Up? If the order number and email address match one in our orders database, your serial number is displayed immediately and emailed.
This option is only available to customers that ordered directly from Red Giant. Enter your order number and email address, click Look Up.
For reseller orders. Your serial numbers are not stored in this system, please contact your reseller directly.
What is the order number? The 4 or 5 digit numerical order number (i.e. 10592) was displayed immediately after checkout from the Red Giant online store and emailed to you in a confirmation email. To help you search for this email, it was sent from orders@redgiantsoftware.com and has the following subject, "Order XXXXX from catalog redgiantsoftware"

2 You don't remember or have a Red Giant Order number. Enter
Email Only
What happens when I click Look Up? If the email address matches one in our orders database, your serial number is sent to the email address entered
This option is only available to customers that ordered directly from Red Giant. Leave the order number field blank, enter your email address and click Look Up.
For reseller orders. Your serial numbers are not stored in this system, please contact your reseller directly.
